ONE TOOTH MISSING

With the help of an implant, two adjacent teeth are preserved, which would be damaged by use of a traditional dental bridge. The implant is a better and more long-term solution.

MORE TEETH MISSING

In this case, the bridge is attached to two implants and avoids mobile prosthetic solutions. This comfortable and secure method maintains the look of natural teeth.

LACK OF ALL TEETH

With the implants, the patient can have a fixed bridge attached which represent the most comfortable and secure solution. In some cases a prothesis attached to implants is used.

Computer assisted implantology

With the help of Nobel Biocare DTX implant software, we determine the optimal virtual position of the implant in the jaw bone. Using a 3D printed surgical guide (Nobel Guide®) it allows us a fast and precise implant installation without having to perform a more complex mucosal surgery.

Treatment in a single day

In some cases, it is possible to install corresponding teeth immediately after the implant fixture. This technique is called Immediate Loading Implants. A restoration is created in just 24-48 hours after implant installation. Such teeth are aesthetically and functionally like your natural teeth. This technique cannot be applied on every patient and in every situation.

Concepts of implant treatments for edentulous situations

FIXED BRIDGES ON 6 IMPLANTS

The development of a fixed bridge is preceded by a detailed analysis of a patients situation including bone condition. If all requirements are met, six implants are installed, and then a 12-unit bridge is attached. In some cases it is necessary to perform bone regeneration and to use additional implants.

ALL-ON-4®

It is an ideal solution using a fixed dental bridge for full arch supported by 4 implants. This concept is especially suitable for patients who do not have enough bone for implant placement in a posterior jaw. This makes it possible for edentulism without performing additional bone regeneration. All-on-4^® allows rapid production of fixed provisional implant bridges, so the patient can get their fixed teeth on the same day.

ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS

Zygomatic implants are used in a cases with severe bone resorption where other regeneration methods could not be successfully applied. In such difficult cases, Zygomatic implants allow us to restore a patient with a fix implant bridge in just one surgery, allowing a provisional bridge on the same day.

TREFOIL

Trefoil is a new concept developed by Nobel Biocare which consists of three special designed dental implants positioned in three strategic locations in the lower jaw. These three implants allow production of a fix implant bridge, suitable even in a cases with very advanced bone loss. The concept is designed to help people who have worn a denture for many years, to increase their quality of life without excessive costs.

HYBRID PROTHESIS AND OVERDENTURE

In cases of total edentulism, where the patient is not capable of wearing a classic mobile denture, 2 or 4 implants can help to stabilise the prothesis, increase comfort, functionality and aesthetic appearance.
