2. Medical Information and Disclaimer

Content published on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics, videos, descriptions of procedures, treatment methods, technologies and expected results, does not constitute an individual medical diagnosis, medical examination, medical advice or an individual treatment plan.

The selection of an appropriate treatment depends on the patient’s health condition, medical and dental history, clinical examination, diagnostic findings and other circumstances assessed individually for each patient.

A final assessment of the suitability, method, duration, risks, expected results and cost of a particular treatment can only be provided following an appropriate professional assessment.

Results shown or described on the Website may vary from person to person and must not be regarded as a guarantee that another patient will achieve the same or any specific result.

The Website and its contact forms are not intended for the provision of emergency medical assistance or for communication in urgent medical situations.

3. Consultations and Appointment Requests

Through the Website, users may submit a request for a consultation, examination, specific treatment or additional information.

Submitting a form or enquiry through the Website does not, by itself, constitute confirmation of an appointment or the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of healthcare services.

An appointment shall be considered confirmed only after the Polyclinic has confirmed it to the user through an appropriate communication channel, such as by telephone, email or another agreed method.

The Polyclinic reserves the right to propose an alternative appointment, request additional information necessary to organise an examination or consultation and, where appropriate, require an examination before determining a treatment plan.

Information provided before an examination, including indicative information regarding treatments, duration or pricing, may be subject to change following a clinical examination and professional assessment.

4. Accuracy and Availability of Information

The Polyclinic endeavours to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate, clear and up to date.

However, due to developments in medical and dental methods, changes in technology, available services, organisational changes or other circumstances, certain information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or subject to change.

The Polyclinic reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

  • modify or update Website content;
  • change descriptions of individual treatments or services;

The Polyclinic may temporarily restrict access to the Website for maintenance, security updates, technical work or other justified reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Polyclinic shall not be liable for damage arising solely from:

  • use of the Website contrary to its intended purpose or these Terms;
  • reliance on general information provided on the Website as a substitute for an individual professional assessment;
  • temporary unavailability of the Website due to technical circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Polyclinic;
  • conduct, content or availability of external websites and third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits the Polyclinic’s liability in circumstances where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

These Terms of Use do not limit patients’ rights, consumer rights or any other rights granted to users under applicable mandatory law.

13. Relationship Between the Website and Healthcare Services

These Terms of Use primarily govern the use of the Website.

They do not replace documents, consents, informed consent forms, individual treatment plans, quotations, agreements or other documentation that may be used in connection with the provision of a specific healthcare or dental service.

Additional terms and documentation may apply to a particular medical or dental procedure, and the patient will be informed accordingly where necessary.
