When do we recommend All-on-4® therapy?

• For patients already wearing dentures (upper and/or lower) who struggle to get used to them for various reasons.
• For patients who still have their natural teeth, but due to periodontitis or other reasons, they need to be extracted. This is often an emotionally challenging situation, as it involves saying goodbye to one’s own teeth. However, thanks to modern technology, All-on-4® is one of the most effective and rapid solutions available.

What is All-on-4®??

The All-on-4® concept, developed in 1998 by Dr. Paulo Malo, involves:

• Placement of 4 implants – two straight and two angled
• Immediate placement of prosthetic abutments and impression-taking during the same appointment
• Fabrication of a temporary bridge and placement in the mouth within 24 hours. This acrylic bridge is screw-retained on the implants, allowing the patient to receive fixed new teeth in just one day.

 

What MORE and BETTER can we offer today compared to the classic All-on-4® therapy?

• Advanced prosthetic materials and technologies that allow for various aesthetic and financial solutions – All-on-4® prosthetics can differ significantly in design and cost.
• Digital technology and artificial intelligence – we now place implants using computer-guided systems, specifically dynamic navigation. This increases precision, safety, and aesthetic outcomes. Surgical guides and other aids are not necessary. Using this technology, implants are positioned in the most optimal place for each patient.
• Shorter treatment duration and fewer visits – All-on-4® therapy can be completed in a minimal number of appointments. Our team works seamlessly to ensure the surgical phase and chair time are as short and comfortable as possible. The implant placement and temporary bridge procedure takes just a few hours.

 

 

How does the All-on-4® treatment process look?

• First visit: Comprehensive diagnostics, consultation, and development of a personalized treatment plan. During this visit, all key elements are discussed, and every question is answered.
• Second visit – the All-on-4® procedure:
  If the digital All-on-4® method is chosen, implants are placed using dynamic navigation (X-Guide device). A temporary bridge is fabricated immediately after surgery.

Under optimal conditions, the entire procedure can take less than 4 hours!

• Third visit (after 3–6 months): Once the implants are fully integrated, the patient returns for the fabrication of the final prosthetic solution. The choice of materials and design depends on the specific case, aesthetic preferences, and financial considerations.
